Casual leasing is an ideal way to leverage your existing promotional activity, conduct market research, sample or simply get rid of surplus stock.
It is a cost-effective way of gaining additional exposure to your target audience – and it gives you a different slice of the real estate pie.
Casual leasing can be conducted in the CBD at any time. Think about how you can capitalise on this opportunity in the lead up to the new season, Mother's Day, Father's Day, school holidays or Christmas and Easter.
Casual leasing is available to both businesses within the Cronulla Beach CBD Rateable area as well as external traders*. All leasees must have PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. |

There are nine locations (highlighted in red on the map) to choose from throughout the Plaza area and at Peryman Square. Sites are 3m x 3m. Equipment included in costs are a table, chair and canopy. Equipment is optional and power is not available at all sites. A site fee still applies, whether equipment is hired or not.
As Cronulla Beach CBD is an outdoor centre, goods cannot be left overnight. Leasees are responsible for storage and packing away of their own equipment.
- CBD management staff will set up and set down any hired equipment - setup is by 9.00am and setdown between 5.00pm and 5.30pm.
- You can unload/pack goods at your site up to 9.30am and after 5.00pm. Your car must be removed from your site before 9.30am.

Rates
As rates vary for different times of the year, please call our office on 9527 2100 to check fees and/or make a booking. Peak periods apply throughout December and January.
Public Liability
